If any case is found to be complex and beyond the scope of homeopathic and allied medical science we would be referring the case to a sophisticated and advanced medical hospital at any phase of treatment. Also patient can seek emergency care at well-equipped other hospitals at any time of patientcare. We do not provide any acute or emergency treatment. We are doing our best for managing chronic diseases which are manageable with homeopathy or which have the prospect of being managed by homeopathy. We do not take any responsibility if patient conceals deliberately or unknowingly any vital medical data related to the patient or gives us false information, lab or imaging data while or during consultation in SIAHMSR.
We hereby declare that we prescribe medicines and diet and other medical instructions, trusting the data provided by the client or patient and it will be stored in SIAHMSR medical records confidentially. We are committed to cure and improve the quality of life of our clients within the scope and limitations of our medical system. However, we declare that all acute emergencies, including a psychiatric emergency is mandatorily recommended to be managed in a well-equipped medical institution or hospital with emergency facility.
